Choose a layout for your destination
The default split layout keeps outgoing amounts in Debit and incoming amounts in Credit. For a chequing or savings statement, a deposit of 50.00 and a purchase of 20.00 appear on separate sides. This is useful when you want to compare the exported columns with the original PDF.

Upload, review and download
- Download the original text PDF from online banking for one account. The current input limits are 50 pages and 20 MiB; scans, photos and encrypted PDFs are unsupported.
- Use Upload a statement, choose a file or drop it on the upload page. You can upload and review without an account.
- Compare dates, descriptions, amounts and balances with the PDF. Resolve flagged rows and check the account type and statement period.
- Sign in to download. In the download screen, choose CSV and use the layout toggle for Debit/Credit or signed Amount. Free allowances and credit requirements still apply.
CSV has no per-row Status column or colour highlighting. If you export a result that still needs review, keep the warnings and original PDF available; do not treat the CSV alone as evidence that every row passed.
Open the CSV without changing its meaning
Use the import preview to check that names, accented characters and amounts display correctly. Some descriptions start with an apostrophe so your spreadsheet treats them as text; keep it when importing.
In Excel versions that provide it, use Data → Get Data → From File → From Text/CSV and inspect the preview before loading. Check the date and decimal interpretation against the PDF. Microsoft documents CSV opening and import options; menus differ across versions.
A matching closing balance helps catch missing amounts, but cannot prove that every description or date is correct. Follow the row-by-row verification guide before using the result elsewhere.
