How credits are counted
One credit per page. Rejected files — scans, password-protected PDFs — are never charged. Downloading again, in any format, and switching the account type and re-processing are free.

Pricing questions
When am I charged?
On the website, when you first download a statement — after you've seen and reviewed the result. Downloading it again, in any format, is free.
Do credits expire?
Credits from packs never expire. A monthly plan's credits are for that month: what's left when it renews doesn't carry over. Your files are still deleted on the usual schedule — credits and files are separate.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, from your account. A bigger plan starts right away: you pay the difference for the rest of the month and get the extra credits for that part of it; a smaller one starts at your next renewal. Cancelling keeps the plan until the end of the month you paid for.
What if the result is wrong?
On the website, you see the reconciliation before you pay. If a converted statement turns out wrong, email [email protected] and we'll return the credits used for it.
Are taxes included?
Prices are set in Canadian dollars, before tax; checkout may show them in your currency at Stripe's exchange rate. Our reseller Stripe adds any sales tax that applies where you live (in Canada, GST/HST, and PST or QST where it applies) at checkout.
